Job description

You work in a modern biotech firm that produces bio pharmaceuticals for clients. You are in a key role in the process development group focused on DSP-processes. You lead the small team as a people manager and have the technical experience to guide technicians and help with laboratory runs yourself where needed. You translate client requests into experiments and then SOP's, write reports, and transfer methods to the production team. You occasionally have client contact regarding technical details and tech transfers. DSP-experience is critical for this role, previous managerial experience is not. Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (biochemistry, life sciences, biotech, etc)
• 5+ years of experience in DSP
• Process development experience
• GMP-Experience is a big plus
• (Unlimited) EU work permit

• Contract: Long term position, contract directly at our client
• Salary indication: €5500- €7500,- gross per month
