You are the go-to-person for internal and external vacancies in your scope including Ben & Jerry Ice Cream Factory (Hellendoorn):
- Hiring Managers regarding (individual) talent needs and guiding them through the right Route to Talent – identifying the right talent internally, approaching Open Talent Economy options;
- Manage external vacancy portfolio process end-to-end, both proactive and reactive and partner with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner (entry level / manager / executive roles) for your specific scope.
- Drive the Talent Agenda, in co-operation with business leads and HRBPs, with a focus on demand planning discussions and forecasts, facilitating impactful People Forums, build internal talent pipelines / succession planning and understand function/skill specific talent needs;
- Manage Internal vacancy portfolio process end-to-end, both proactive and reactive and partner (entry level / manager / executive roles);
- Drive alternate channels of hiring for the talent need;
- Network to build, manage and maintain the internal talent pipeline of future fit talent;
- Provide and analyse data on key recruitment / talent metrics and utilise metrics to identify and implement process improvements;
- Proactively manage & build candidate relationships and communicate the Unilever employment value proposition to prospective hires;
- Manage Applicant tracking system data integrity and accuracy.
Profile
We are looking for candidates with a HBO or Masters degree in HR / Business / Marketing / Economics or related field. You have at least 2-3 years of proven experience in creatively sourcing and attracting external profiles on all levels (entry level / manager / executive roles). Needless to say that LinkedIn, Social Media etc. are your friends. You are fluent in English, Dutch highly advantageous.Skills:
- Labour market expertise and External Orientation in context of social trends and benchmarking best practices in Recruitment and Employer Branding;
- Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore), Digital screening / sourcing tools (HireVue, Linkedin recruiter) and Social Media (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram);
- Exceptional relationship and stake holder management skills;
- Agility in a dynamic and ever-changing Talent & digital landscape and business and able and comfortable with maintaining multiple priorities, and deadlines in a demanding environment;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment;
- Preferably experience and knowledge of international recruitment & procedures.
