Job

• Act as an advisor, coach and trainer for line managers in their daily activities as being a leader and a role model for SHE and Q within the organization. • Act as an advisor, coach and trainer for (new) employees regarding application of QESH in their daily activities, concerning practical measures to be used in the experimental setup, as well as in relation to the workplace (ergonomics checks, ergonomics trainings and advice) in labs and offices. • Guide and support compliance to new and existing Q and SHE legislations, requirements and standards, including the execution of gap assessments, through implementation of fit-for-purpose policies, procedures and best practices.

Profile

• A detailed and analytical understanding about what it takes regarding soft skills, technical skills, systems management, and way of organizing yourself to work as a SHE Engineer in a demanding, complex Science and Innovation lab and offices organization. • The competences to do so via Degree in Safety Engineering (HVK, MVK) or via past experiences. Relevant experience in the industry is a prerequisite. • Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams. • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
