The Marketing Coordinator delivers operational support to the full geography and therapeutic area teams they are assigned to while also leading their own assigned projects. Doing all this through applying the Agile methodology.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to the full therapeutic area team (commercial and medical) in the assigned geography
  • Collaborate with North Europe marketing and medical team to initiate, implement, and follow up on planned activities according to deadline and responsibility (E.g. : HCP Contracts, Purchase Orders, Approval of promotional materials…).
  • Drive ad hoc projects coming from Global or MCO level (i.e. audits, simplification efforts, co-ordinating collection of data and information)
  • Support and drive process related to congress and meeting planning (preparing and organizing logistics of events, correspondence & information to guests for congresses/symposia/national meetings etc.)
  • Be an active part in the digital transformation and take lead and responsibility in digital marketing activities in collaboration with the MCO brand and local CE teams.
  • Build relations internally and be involved in the coordinator group. Cooperate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with promotional rules and internal SOPs.
  • Take responsibility for the use of approved templates and that material is in accordance with local and Sanofi rules. Be a driving force in systemizing and optimizing the internal processes.
  • Adhere to the policies, standard operating procedures and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity.
  • Continuously stretch yourself to improve, simplify and prioritize within your area of influence with a laser focus on adding value

Profile

Technical skills:
  • Education or experience in business administration
  • Good understanding/experience with sales, marketing and communication in a highly specialized area.
  • Knowledge of local promotional rules (compliance) in Pharma is a plus
  • Fluent in English and country local language
  • Scrum master experience a plus
