The GSK Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to join our Global Supply Chain and play a key role in delivering life-saving medicines and vaccines to people in over 90% of the world.
At GSK, we are on an exciting journey to establish a world-class global supply chain that will support the delivery of our new product portfolio and pipeline. Within the Global Supply Chain business (GSC), our dedicated teams are responsible for manufacturing and distributing medicines and vaccines worldwide. They oversee every stage of production, from ensuring the creation of high-quality products at our manufacturing sites to developing effective supply forecasting and managing regulatory inspections—all powered by digital, data, and analytics.
We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are eager to grow into future engineering, operational, and technical roles within GSC. These positions involve working at our manufacturing sites to ensure the implementation of the latest, safe, efficient, and reliable processes and equipment. This programme presents an opportunity for you to cultivate your skills in an industry that is undergoing radical changes in the way it develops and manufactures products.

What will you do?
Regulatory Insight: Build your knowledge of our Vaccines and industry regulations. Understand the critical role of compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Hands-On Lab Experience: Spend time in our state-of-the-art quality testing laboratory, mastering analytical testing techniques and gaining hands-on experience with raw materials, finished products, sterility, and environmental testing.
Comprehensive Quality Control: Learn the intricacies of quality control and how different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact. Make informed decisions to ensure the uncompromised quality of our products.
Quality Systems & Analytics: Dive into quality systems or quality analytics, ensuring the application of GSK quality systems and cGMP in operations such as deviations, Corrective actions (CAPA), change control, and documentation.
Quality Oversight: Ensure regulatory compliance and evaluate product impact, making crucial quality decisions regarding products and activities. Maintain a strong shopfloor presence to oversee operations.
Inspection readiness: Coordinate operational quality tasks and deliverables within the team, driving inspection readiness activities.
Strategic Implementation: Implement and drive strategic priorities in your area of responsibility. Be the quality representative in multidisciplinary teams, leading projects and investigations.
Be a leader in our Net Carbon Zero mission: Lead and participate in projects focused on sustainability and waste reduction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be part of cross-functional teams introducing new products or testing methods, and see how manufacturing, quality, technical services, and supply chain work together seamlessly.

Profile
Join the GSK Quality Science Graduate Programme – Belgium, 2025: Help us get ahead of disease together
Education required: Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry (preferably with Biology modules), or a related field of study. Graduation by August 2025.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and French.
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations
