Job

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Documentation

Develop, update, and review SOPs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Manage and maintain all documentation, ensuring traceability, accuracy, and readiness for audits and inspections.

Analytical Technology Transfer & Method Validation

Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to support seamless analytical technology transfers.
Lead the validation of analytical methods to ensure reproducibility and accuracy across all processes.
Conduct thorough equipment validation for lab instruments, ensuring compliance and readiness for ongoing testing.

Troubleshooting & Investigation

Actively participate in investigations related to deviations, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to uphold product quality.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex quality control issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, regulatory affairs, and production, to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvements.
Bring insights from quality investigations to optimize processes and prevent reoccurrences, reinforcing our commitment to product excellence.

Environmental Monitoring & Lab Maintenance

Ensure all testing and laboratory environments are monitored and maintained according to regulatory standards, creating a safe and compliant workspace.

Profile

Lab experience

You have a first hands-on experience with QC testing or analytical techniques in life sciences or biotech
You are familiar with applying high standards for accuracy and compliance.

Detail-oriented & analytical mindset

Your focus on detail and your methodical approach to testing and documentation are essential in delivering consistent, reliable results.
You spot potential issues early and have a knack for keeping everything organized and traceable.

Effective communicator & team player
