Job
• Execution of multiple types of analyses (chemical, rheological) on ingredients and final products. • Raw material intake to ripening and maintenance of the final products. • Pilot scale and small-scale production of various types of cheeses. • Organizing tasting sessions to assess the products. • Reporting of results, conclusions and recommendations for further development.Profile
• HBO degree or MBO degree in Food/Dairy science or other relevant Bio Science; Affinity to cheese-, food science and/or microbiology is considered a strong plus. • Recently graduated with relevant internship experience. • Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and highly developed skills working in a multi-disciplinary environment. • A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success. • Fluency in English.Benefits
