Coordinates and drives the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 quality systems. Creates awareness of and anchors quality thinking in the culture. Sets up and ensures maintenance of a training system for the employees. Updating and advising of MT members to effectively deal with quality issues. Planning and performing internal audits.Profile
BSc of MSc in analytical or biochemistry, pharmacy, MVK/HVK or other related life sciences. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a laboratory environment in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or other related Life Sciences industry. Familiarity with Management of Change (MOC) and permit management. Good understanding of operational processes and quality aspects. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented. Written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch is desirable.Benefits
