We are recruiting an Assistant Scientist Sample Management Team in the QCD Labs group. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Scientist who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment.
Main tasks for the Sample Management Team include, but is not limited to:

• Sample receipt, storage and forwarding according to cGMP;
• Preparation of shipping documentation;
• Maintain up to date inventory of materials and samples through different digital systems (eLIMS, BSI). Distribution of samples within AD groups;
• Execute sample transfers between and to different buildings;
• Execute sample clean-up activities;
• Write and update various documents regarding sample management related topics (e.g. Standard operation procedures, work instructions).

Profile

n style="font-size: 12px;color: #000000;" >We are looking for a candidate with BSc level in a life science field. You have approximately 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment. Furthermore, you have affinity with sample management and experience with quality in a laboratory setting. Familiarity with systems such as GMP, BSI and eLIMS are strong advantages.

Other skills we are looking for:

Experienced with laboratory management systems;

Developed interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships;

Flexible and accurate;

Good communication skills in Dutch and English, written and verbally.
