Supply Chain Planner (Ref. 2379)

Job

• You are responsible for managing the total supply situations (0-18 months) including demand-supply balance, and alignments with local supply planners on replenishments to the regions. • You support and provide information/scenarios for the Management S&OP as a part of the monthly Integrated Business Process. • You are overlooking the global replenishment and stock levels based on agreed inventory plans, safety stock settings and service levels. • You are supporting Supply & Inventory Planners with primary escalations and acting as solution provider in case of availability challenges. • You collaborate with key-stakeholders (Product Manager, Business Line Manager, Purchasing, Tolling Manager & Sales) to get essential inputs and reach cross functional consensus. • You work closely with plant schedulers, planners, customer service, demand planner and logistics to ensure a smooth operation

Profile

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain management or similar. • At least +/- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in an international planning environment within a manufacturing environment in the Food industry. • You are proactive, analytical and can work under pressure: you quickly see the core of the problem and you are able to translate this into practical solutions. • You have good skills in planning and priority settings: you make plans for your own work and you set priorities.
