As HR People Partner you will play a key role in delivering a great employee and line manager experience by being the primary contact for a dedicated group of Line Managers and Employees. You provide advice, guidance and support on employment matters and individual situations and manage the necessary processing to implement changes. You are involved in HR activities spanning the whole employee life cycle, such as on-boarding, (international) moves, pay, leave of absence, illness cases, performance questions etc.
As HR People Partner you will be part of a geography-wide team to deliver HR support to our employees in the Netherlands. This role will be the main People Partner for our Ice Cream office colleagues. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.
You love connecting with people, have good expertise and knowledge of (HR) policies, labor law and processes and are therefore able to provide (proactive) advice on all day-to-day HR activities. You are always driven to deliver a great experience, look for opportunities how to structurally improve experiences with an eye for people and processes, and can leverage a network of HR experts behind the scenes.
Profile
This job is a great opportunity for you when you have an HBO or University background. Furthermore, you have solid experience (at least 3 years) in advising and coaching line managers and/or employees on HR related matters (e.g. performance issues, job evaluations, conflict situations and questions on leave, pay, promotion etc.). When needed you push back but you are driven to deliver an excellent end – to – end employee/line manager experience.As a person you have proficient and broad understanding of policies, labor law and able to navigate (complex) processes and systems. You understand the bigger picture but have an eye for detail. Unilever is a dynamic, complex, international, and ever-changing environment and you must feel comfortable in this environment.
